Having won the supreme award at New Zealand’s largest home brew competition in 2010, Nelsonian Dale Holland decided to make his beers available to the wider public. From recipes designed and perfected at home, Dale now brews small batches of two of his award winning beers at the West Coast Brewery in Westport. We hope you enjoy them.
