Craft Brewers Forum

At the 2008 Convention we introduced a forum where a number of topics of interest to the Craft Brewers were discussed. We intend to repeat the exercise as there was good feedback that the forum was of great value to the smaller brewers.

The programme will again involve some very well known identities in the brewing industry including Professors Charlie Bamforth, Graham Stewart and Katherine Smart from overseas Universities and Dr Peter Aldred from Ballarat University. We are awaiting advice regarding some other possible participants.

This will be held on the Sunday 14th March after lunch (which will be provided from 12.30 for registrants) and will be preceded by a Flavour Training seminar on the Sunday morning which will be run by FlavorActiv from the UK. This will be a very valuable day for Craft Brewers.

Registration also includes attendance at the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening.
