As Logistics Coordinator, you'll be part of a small team. Only those with a positive outlook & willingness to jump right in & work within that team need apply. Your training/duties will include but are not be limited to:

* assembly & dispatch of all McLeods brewery products, including

but not limited to daily dispatch of beer orders, coordinating export orders & event goods/materials.

* organising all incoming & stocking goods for the Pizza Barn. Assist on bottling days.

*assist with packaging of brewery products as needed.

* organise & inventory packaging materials in brewery * outside/remote warehouses

* replenish stock materials as needed & when instructed

* notify owners & head brewer as stock gets low

* work with the Office Administrator & Head of Sales to ensure orders are processed accurately

* print shipping labels & required documents including paperwork for tracking

* arrangement shipment with appropriate companies & follow-up as necessary to ensure timely arrival; this includes managing issues as needed

* track all rental kegs via the app provided

* clean chilled containers as needed

* work annually with management to improve logistics, as well as find ways to be more efficient & lessen our environmental impact

* clean tap lines for the Pizza Barn weekly or bi-weekly depending on seasonal business

* stock and rotate kegs

* stock and rotate beer fridge inside

* Notify owners of any issues with equipment

* Coordinate repairs, manage contractors

* Identify missing items and assure invoicing is correct

You are expected to follow all tasks as trained and look for ways to improve the quality or efficiency of daily tasks.
