Wheat - It's not just for bakers

The festive brew is returning to BrewNZ for 2009, and all breweries are invited to enter beers in this category.  Your brew must contain at least 40% wheat in the mash.  There are no further style restrictions but the entry must contain complete brewers notes, giving a full description of the beer.

The beer will be judged on technical merit and creativity.

The festive brew should not be commercially available prior to BrewNZ, and be available for tasting at Beervana.
