This role is responsible for increasing DB's value share by building strong customer relationships, achieving objectives, and executing brand standards in outlets throughout South Auckland.

You'll need to have a convincing sales background with an energy and drive that will really engage with our customers and ensure a sustained and successful relationship going forward.

A reputable field sales background in the FMCG industry is preferable. Ideally you will have also had exposure in dealing with grocery, retail liquor, and on premise customers.

To succeed in this role you'll need to be commercially savvy - understand the business world and have the intellectual ability to thrive amongst it.

Being a strong negotiator and driving results is key, however it's your ability to develop effective business relationships with our key customers that will set you apart from the rest.
