Position title - Deliveries/Storeman
Reports to - You will report to the Warehouse Leader
Position Description:
You will take reasonable direction from other Leaders including the Operations Manager, General Manager, Packaging and Brewery Leaders.
Supervises No direct reports but you will be expected to show leadership in your work area and support those around you.
Purpose of the role Your role exists to make sure the dry goods required to make great beer makes it to the brewers and pack teams in mint condition and the finished brews make it to the thirsty masses on time.
Duties and responsibilities
• Planning and coordinating deliveries
and shipments daily.
• Managing the warehouse.
• Delivery Logistics.
• Manage stocks including correct stock
rotation and quality control on outwards
goods.
• Work with the team to plan delivery
schedules.
• Store work including picking, receipt,
and acceptance/rejection of deliveries,
pick pack and stocktaking.
• Working effectively in a small beer
obsessed crew.
• Liaison and communication with our
logistics partners.
• Comply with all Health and Safety
legislation and policies.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications, experience or training required
• Strong organisational and
communication skills.
• Previous warehouse experience
preferred.
• Forklift and F endorsement
• Full manual vehicle license
• Experience driving large vans
