In this newly created role as Brewing Technologist you will be our technical guru, you'll support the brewing and packaging teams. Responsible for microbiological and analytical testing of our beers, your key purpose will be to help make sure Emerson's beers taste great. You'll develop our beer sensory analysis processes for us.

You'll need to be available to travel within Lion craft breweries, visiting to share and gain knowledge. You'll also work closely with the Lion Craft Technical Services lead as you take the best of established quality processes and testing and adapt it to craft beer.
