Sprig & Fern Brewery are seeking expressions of interest for a Distributor to cover the Central/Lower South Island.

As a Distributor for Sprig & Fern Brewery, you will be responsible for the sales of our Product Portfolio that presently includes kegs and a range of bottle SKUs in Traditional Liquor, Grocery Outlets and On Premise within this territory.

You may already be representing producers of alcoholic beverages and are looking to add to your portfolio, or you have a solid sales background and are looking for an opportunity to be your own boss.

What do we want from our Distributors?

• Consistent achievement of KPI’s and targets for sales and distribution of all SKUs in your territory

• Consistent achievement of targets for all seasonal and limited release sales in your territory

• Actively seek out new accounts and distribution opportunities.

• Ensure products on shelf and in chillers are properly stock rotated.

• Implementation of a regular merchandising call cycle to ensure we always have stock on shelf

• Maintaining call frequency to all accounts, ensuring maximum sales and distribution of assigned brands, as well as extraordinary customer service.

• Serving as the primary contact with customers in your territory

Requirements of The Position

• Ability to work autonomously and be proactive in your territory

• Passion for craft beer and the Sprig & Fern brand

• Excellent communication skills oral and written

• Extensive and proven sales experience

• Proven track record of working in a professional capacity regardless of the profession

• Customer focused with strong networking skills
