We are seeking talent for the future – Brewery Technicians.

To be successful in this role you are energetic, adaptable individual, with strong leadership abilities, learning agility and achievement drive. You have real passion for, and demonstrated ability in continuous improvement, are able to connect well with others, and work seamlessly, end to end, across our Brewery.

A tertiary degree in Engineering /Science, or qualified trade experience is required and exposure to FMCG manufacturing or maintenance is also preferred. This is a key operational role, essential in driving our Heineken global World Class Brewery Organisation strategy.

As a Brewery Technician, you are responsible for superior operational performance and delivering sustainable improvement in; Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Energy and People Capability. You are tasked with operating, maintaining and improving our machines, plant and process to a high level.

Being responsible for operation, basic maintenance, quality testing, process, plant and product related tasks, you will be working both rotating shifts and day based work. It’s an exciting step to take, joining a collaborative Brewery environment, with a sharp consumer and innovation focus.
