Your Impact

This role will be responsible for the leadership and engagement of our customers with the focus on delivering the agreed level of execution against Brand, Pack, Price, Channel and Customer initiatives across Retail (Grocery), Traditional (Off Premise) and On Premise Liquor customers.

You will deliver an efficient customer service solution to our customers that is focused on continually improving our execution in market and adding bottom line growth to your business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable solutions in order to maintain and grow revenue for the  organization
  • Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling, following up referrals / leads and keeping abreast of competitor's sales strategies
  • Report market and competitive activities to your manager with recommendations on actions and objectives to rectify situations
  • Undertake training to ensure that the necessary competencies and skills are acquired to carry out the full range of job functions
  • Coordinating, conducting and participating in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays including product tastings

 

About You

Looking for an individual that has the ability to work autonomously and sees a task through to completion. Success in this role will come from proven experience within a sales position, strong rapport building skills and the ability to work with different stakeholder groups.   

  • Experienced sales performer who understands how to drive growth
  • Well-developed selling skills including planning & implementing commercial programs
  • Experience within FMCG industry is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
