About you
As the Sales Support and Customer Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service, supporting the B2B sales process, and ensuring that the sales team is well-informed on customer, market and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement: Monthly/ frequent engagement with external customers for key sales focus, including Grocery, traditional liquor and on premise.
- Analysing sales data: track and report on sales performance.
- Monitoring trends: keep an eye on the competition and market to spot opportunities and risks.
- Providing insights: use data analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Triaging: assist with customer issues and order enquiries.
- Reporting: prepare sales reports to help guide business decisions.
- Researching: study past data and conduct market research to support strategic planning.
- Fresh Brew team support: sales order dispatch assistance as required.
Experience:
- Experience with the management of a CRM system and customer records (preferred)
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Passion for Craft beer and the hospitality industry.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal team members, service providers, suppliers and customers.
- A keen-ness to get in and help with anything and everything when required.
