Three Sisters Brewery has been on the up lately, winning Champion Brewery trophies 4 years in a row, and now with two successful crowdfunds we are looking to expand our team to help with increased brewing workload.
This is a full-time entry-level position and would suit someone with 1-2 years experience in the brewing industry.
Working closely with the Head Brewer, key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning – fermenter CIPs, brewhouse CIPs, kegs, brewery floors and brewery equipment
- Packaging and dispatching – kegs and cans
- Brewday assistance – grain milling, mashing in, grain out
- Stores management – Ingredient and product inventory tracking, store organisation and management.
- Miscellaneous – Three Sisters is a small team and this role would suit somebody with a team player attitude who is willing to work wherever required.
This job is quite physical and would suit someone with a good level of physical fitness.
