Bar & Restaurant Manager – Brew Moon Brewing Company

We are looking for a friendly and experienced Manager to lead our front of house team. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations of our front of house team, curating a diverse and locally focussed beverage menu, working alongside the head chef and head brewer on menu changes and additions, and ensuring our guests have an amazing experience. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a passionate group of individuals who truly care about providing the best experience possible.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations.
  • Produce rosters and oversee front of house staffing.
  • Manage bookings and functions.
  • Develop and manage beverage menus, working with the head chef and head brewer on upcoming beers, menus and events.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Train and develop staff to provide outstanding service to our guests
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the establishment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • The opportunity to represent Brew Moon at trade events and festivals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the bar/restaurant industry.
  • A passion for exceptional food and beverage service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead the team.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of point of sale and inventory management systems.
