Behemoth Brewing Seeks a Meticulous Bookkeeper

Behemoth Brewing, a leader in the craft beer industry, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our dynamic Finance team. This position will provide critical support to our financial operations by ensuring the integrity and proper management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices meticulously, manage supplier information in Abel, navigate approvals through PlusOne & Bepoz, reconcile statements with razor-sharp accuracy, and assist with monthly payment runs and month-end close.
- Accounts Receivable: Maintain impeccable customer records in Abel, ensure flawless processing of sales invoices, reconcile customer accounts to identify discrepancies, resolve invoice issues promptly, generate and send monthly statements on time, manage credits effectively, and perform thorough ledger follow-up.
- General Accounting: Assist with daily bank reconciliations for a clear financial picture, reconcile employee expense credit cards, manage the onboarding of new customers, and tackle ad-hoc accounting projects with confidence.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding charges, payments, account statuses, and other financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Abel and Unleashed.
- An eagle eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
