What We’re Looking For:

This dual role within the multi-faceted Finance Team combines Accounts Payable and Logistics Administration, perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of the business.

With a base role of accounts payable for our Bar and Events businesses, we would ideally like a minimum of two year’s accounts experience. A strong attention to detail and an intermediate level of competency with Excel are also required.

In addition, we’re looking for this person to manage our logistics follow-up once stock has left our on-site warehouse for the Cassels Brewing Co. Answering the occasional email query will also be expected so some customer service/logistics experience will be advantageous. As is any work with Cin7 and supermarkets inward/outwards goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts

  • Invoice entry in Xero and our EPOS system Tevalis, followed by 20th month bulk payment for multiple entities
  • Daily Xero dashboard reconciliations
  • Regular cash collection and reconciliation of multiple clearing accounts
  • Cash Float ordering and restocking
  • Managing regular stocktakes with bar and kitchen staff
  • Credit Card Reconciliations

Logistics

  • Following up missing orders with different couriers, organising claims and entering credits in Cin7 where necessary
  • Answering customer queries, forwarding on orders and emails to the correct contact
  • Working with supermarkets to follow up on unpaid items

This is an integral role within our Finance team and the wider Cassels Group. We work across multiple software platforms, so we are looking for someone who is quick to learn new systems and processes.

If this sounds like you, please send a cover letter and CV detailing your experience and why you think you’d be a good fit.
