As our National Brand Ambassador, you’ll demonstrate your love of beer and hospitality by driving brand awareness, education, and activation across our portfolio.
You will share your knowledge of hospitality and the DB brands with both our internal team and our customers and consumers, by developing captivating training programs, and execute innovative brand experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop ongoing programs to educate and inspire our internal teams as well as key customers and their staff, ensuring a deep understanding of DB Breweries’ portfolio.
- Deliver Heineken Star Serve trainings across the country, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
- Create annual brand experience programs, engaging our customers and consumers through events and sampling to build awareness and preference for our brands.
- Collaborate with our On Premise team to develop clear customer contact plans, setting KPIs and accountabilities to drive brand education and inspiration.
Your background and experience:
- Passionate and knowledgeable about beer, cider & RTD culture, with a flair for embodying and presenting brands.
- Experienced in hospitality with strong communication and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and proactive, with a digital mindset and ability to adapt to multicultural audiences while maintaining integrity and ethics.
