Job description:
About this job…
As the newest member of our Packaging team, your focus will be on the safe and efficient operation of the packaging line, taking our well-known beverages from bright beer to finished product warehousing. You and your team, under the guidance of our Team Leader, will ensure machinery works at peak efficiency with a close eye on quality, performance, cost-effective use of resources and the achievement of sometimes challenging production targets.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in FMCG manufacturing or packaging and understand the nature of this type of environment. You’re used to working with a strong focus on safety and meeting production targets, and you enjoy working as part of a cohesive team. Mechanical or electrical trade experience would be useful, but more important is your positive attitude, ability to finish work to a high standard, and desire to pitch in wherever you’re required. We also like to hear about new ideas and ways of working, so if you like to contribute to making things more efficient/effective, there’s definitely room for that!
