About you

As the Sales Support and Customer Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service, supporting the B2B sales process, and ensuring that the sales team is well-informed on customer, market and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement: Monthly/ frequent engagement with external customers for key sales focus, including Grocery, traditional liquor and on premise.
  • Analysing sales data: track and report on sales performance.
  • Monitoring trends: keep an eye on the competition and market to spot opportunities and risks.
  • Providing insights: use data analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Triaging: assist with customer issues and order enquiries.
  • Reporting: prepare sales reports to help guide business decisions.
  • Researching: study past data and conduct market research to support strategic planning.
  • Fresh Brew team support: sales order dispatch assistance as required.

Experience:

  • Experience with the management of a CRM system and customer records (preferred)
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for Craft beer and the hospitality industry.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal team members, service providers, suppliers and customers.
  • A keen-ness to get in and help with anything and everything when required.
