About this job…
- Safety is put first, promote a safety culture and ensure safety & sustainability targets are met.
- Ensuring the right quantity and quality of resources available to meet targets on service levels and cost efficiency.
- Warehouse operation runs cost efficiently and service level targets are met.
- Heineken rules and local procedures are adhered to
- Execution of inventory management in line with procedures. Accurate stock information
- Storage conditions are in line with the applicable standards and procedures. Product quality is preserved.
- Correct handling and administration of RPM – pallets, layer boards, kegs, etc.
- Assets and equipment are sufficiently available, used properly and are fit for purpose. Cost for maintenance and upkeep of assets and equipment and controlled.
- TPM is embedded in the warehouse and lived by all people. There is a track record of continuous improvement teams launched.
- Controlled warehouse performance according to plan
- Engaged and motivated employees and utilise full potential of employees
About you…
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technological Institute degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
- 5 years’ experience as a dynamic logistics warehousing operation with a FMCG production company.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shift leadership roles within an FMCG company.
- An understanding of warehouse & distribution management principles.
- Familiar with NZ Health and Safety Requirements
- Familiar with MPI import requirements
- Microsoft office: Office 365 suite, excel, PowerBI
- SAP ECC or other ERP system. WMS
- Proven leadership skills & people performance management
- Application / implementation of continuous improvement tools – TPM, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
