Chinchiller Brewing is on a mission to bring high-quality, easy-drinking craft beer to more people, and we’re looking for a passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our brand. About the Role
As our BDM, you’ll be responsible for expanding our market presence, driving sales, and building strong partnerships with venues, retailers, and distributors. You’ll have the freedom to develop new opportunities and play a key role in shaping the future of Chinchiller Brewing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (bottle shops, retailers) channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Promote Chinchiller Brewing at industry events, tastings, and promotional activities.
- Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
About You:
- Experience in sales and business development (preferably in the beverage or hospitality industry).
- A passion for craft beer and an understanding of the industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
