McLeod’s is a family-owned brewery based in Waipu, Northland — a small historic town with easy access to some of Northland’s best coastline, surf, fishing, and bush. 30 minutes south of Whangārei and 90 minutes north of Auckland. Our 2x NZ Champion Medium Brewery is known for consistently high-quality beers, seasonal releases, and a strong reputation across the country.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brewer to join our highly talented brewing team. This is a full-time position.
Relevant commercial brewing experience is essential. We also highly value good
character, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
We’re seeking someone with:

General Duties
- Operation of a 25hL brewhouse
- All aspects of brewery cellar work
- Packaging operations including kegging and canning
- Stocktakes and ordering
- Forklift operations
- General brewery maintenance and plant hygiene
