Job description:

About the Role

This is a hands-on, generalist Territory Manager role covering Christchurch and the West Coast.

  • You’ll be based in Christchurch, managing local accounts day-to-day
  • You’ll travel to the West Coast (around a 3-hour drive from Christchurch)
  • The rest of your time will be spent across Christchurch and surrounding areas, including some traditional retail accounts

This is a mix of:

  • On-premise accounts (bars, pubs, restaurants) on the Coast
  • Traditional / retail accounts around Christchurch

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong relationships with customers across your territory
  • Manage and grow sales across both on-premise and retail accounts
  • Execute promotions, activations, and in-store activity
  • Drive distribution, visibility, and share growth
  • Pick up and physically manage stock where needed (this is an active role)
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver great outcomes for customers

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is:

  • Ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
  • Positive, reliable, and team-focused – attitude is key
  • Comfortable in a physical role (lifting and moving stock is part of the job)
  • Keen to learn and build a career in FMCG / sales
  • Some exposure to retail, hospitality, or liquor industry is helpful
  • Bottle store or on-premise experience is a bonus
  • Could suit someone early in their career (e.g. recent graduate working in retail/hospitality looking to step up)

Keen to Apply?

We don’t expect you to tick every box. If you’ve got the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn – we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: We are not accepting candidates from recruitment agencies for this role.
