The AGM is an important opportunity to hear updates on Guild activities, participate in key governance matters, and help shape the future direction of our industry association. |
As with all AGMs, a quorum is required for the meeting to proceed. We strongly encourage all brewery members to register and attend. The meeting typically takes less than 30 minutes and having one representative from each member brewery present will help ensure we achieve a quorum and avoid the need to reschedule. |

MOTIONS: Members are advised that there are a number of motions requiring a vote this year. Full details of these motions are available above.
ELECTION: There are no vacancies on the Board this year, therefore an election will not be held.
