BREWERS GUILD – ROTORUA HALF DAY SEMINAR + NETWORKING

Join us for the first event of the BGNZ Roadshow 2025.  Taking place at Millennium Hotel, Rotorua on Wednesday 14th May.  This event is an opportunity to engage in sensory training thanks to our event partners, as well as a fantastic chance to catch up with other brewers, staff, and supply chain partners.
The event will start from 11am with a light lunch and will then offer three sessions across the afternoon.  The day will conclude with drinks and nibbles at a local venue.  Content covered at the event will include:
  • Bio-transformation: A guide to yeast and hop interactions for targeted sensory outcomes – Scott Sharp-Heward, Technical Manager, Lallemand Brewing
  • Showcasing sustainable and Kiwi-grown grains – Doug Michael, Co-Founder, Gladfield Malt

  • Judge like a Judge – Scott Sharp-Heward, Technical Manager, Lallemand Brewing

 

There is a cost of just $50 per person for BGNZ Members; $100 for non-BGNZ Members.  Minimum numbers are required for this event to happen, so we hope you can join us – please register your interest.
