Details of the 2024 Brewers Guild of New Zealand AGM are below.

Location: 16TUN (Jellicoe Street, Auckland) & Via ZOOM

For those joining by Zoom – a registration link will be provided closer to the time.

All attendees, in person or via Zoom will be required to register.

Board Nominations

Three board positions are up for election this year.  More information about nominations and nominating can be found below.

Voting for the Board of Directors

There will only be a vote if we have more nominees that positions available on the board, if there are not more nominees than positions, the Chair will advise that no vote is needed. Should we go to a vote we will use Election Buddy. 

If a vote is required all members with voting rights (Brewery Members) will receive the link to vote, voting will open at midday 31 July and will close midday 2 August.

If there are any motions to be voted on we will let you know and share the link here.

You will be able to do this at the same time you submit your electronic vote for the Board of Directors.

Call for Nominations

Nominations for the Board of Directors open on 22 June. Any Brewery member can be nominated.

To nominate for the Board please complete this BOARD NOMINATION FORM. As part of your nomination you will be asked to provide a short biography, a photo, your reason for wanting to join the Board of the Brewers Guild of New Zealand, as well as the details of a Nominator and Seconder who are both from organisations that are paid up members of the Guild.
