You’ll be hands-on across the full production process: brewing, fermentation, cellaring, packaging, and kegging. You’ll keep the brewery clean, records accurate, and beer consistent. There’s also a bar and wholesale side to the business, so the ability to work across teams and talk confidently about what you make is part of the job. This is a 40-hour per week role. Brewing doesn’t keep office hours, so early starts are part of the deal. We’re a small team, which means you’ll need to be self-directed and comfortable picking up the slack where it’s needed.
