We need a leader who can build trust, create stability, and grow our high-performing team, championing a safety-first culture at the Brewery. Working alongside the team to deliver a high quality product that we are proud of and our customers love.
Some of the things you will be doing in the role:
• Lead, coach and develop your team to excel and grow, building on their capability
• Execute weekly/ monthly and quarterly production plans with a focus on minimising waste and stoppages
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives
• Innovation, lead NPD aligned to business strategy
• A good mix of hands on brewing, innovation and operations.
Some of the skills you will bring to the role:
• Ideally you will have been a head brewer or production lead before
• Proven leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach
• Customer focused, well networked in the FMCG & hospitality, ideally
• BJCP qualified or working toward being accredited
