Parrotdog was conceived in 2011 out of a love for good beer by three guys called Matt. Today, we’re continuing to do what they started back then: making approachable, award-winning beer from our rapidly expanding brewery in Lyall Bay, Wellington.
The opportunity has opened up for a Brewer to join our team and continue to champion our values in focussing on producing high-quality, consistent beer using best-in-class brewing practices.

We are looking for a passionate brewer to bring their knowledge and motivation to the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- IBD brewing qualification or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years experience operating a production brewhouse
- Cellar experience and operations of centrifuge and lenticular type filtration
- Ability to perform basic on/offline measurements and analysis to a high level of accuracy and repeatability
- High standards and great attention to detail
- Great mechanical aptitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- Current Forklift Licence (or have held)
