Job description:
You’ll deliver the goods by:
- Systematically driving safety improvement activities and continuously improving on the safety culture to keep everyone safe
- Work closely with other stakeholders and team members to ensure weekly demand plans are met without fail (we operate a 24/5 operation and includes most Saturdays during peak periods)
- Having a cost-conscious mindset that is always on the look for innovative ways to reduce manufacturing cost and delivering against the annual budget
- Delivering the highest level of quality products that is safe and pleasant for customers and consumers alike to enjoy
- Contributing to the vision and strategy of the Brewery and mobilizes the department towards world class operations
- Respecting the environment and always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint through energy and water reductions
- Implementing and leading effective communication within and across the department via world class meetings, escalation procedures and having a high level of “connect” with other stakeholders and team members
What you are bringing in:
- Tertiary Level qualification (Level 4+ in Science, Maintenance, Engineering).
- 3+ years Operational Leadership, including continuous improvement in FMCG Operations/Maintenance.
- Packaging management – FMCG experience is preferred
- People Leadership, including people management and leading high-performance teams
- Change management and CAPEX experience is preferred
