As a Multi Channel Sales Representative at Parrotdog Brewery, you will be an integral part of our mission to become NZ’s most trusted Beer brand through bringing our exceptional beers to a wider audience. You will be responsible for engaging with bottle shops and grocery stores, understanding their needs, and providing them with support and customer service. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their sales career in a vibrant and approachable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the On Premise, bottle and grocery store sectors
- Understand client needs and present our range of beers to meet those needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Manage a call cycle of Outlets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through our CRM
- Travel – this role will include Overnight Travel to service customers is required (3-4 nights per fortnight dependant on Call Cycle)
Qualifications:
- 2 years in Sales for On Premise, Trade Liquor and/or Grocery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Enthusiasm for sales and a passion for craft beer
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be a plus
