The 2024 Brewers Guild of New Zealand Annual General Meeting took place on Saturday 3 August, 2024.

Voting 

There was a vote on the adoption of the new constitution as per the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.  A majority vote in favour, saw the new constitution being adopted and the Guild has been re-registered under the new act. 

As there were the same number of nominees as there are positions on the board there will be no election required for the BGNZ Board.

Motions

Each year members will be advised if there are any motions to be voted on. Voting on motions will take place via electronic voting.  

Call for Nominations

Members will be advised when nominations for the Board of Directors open.  Any Brewery member can be nominated.   You will need to complete a nomination form, provide a short biography, a photo, your reason for wanting to join the Board of the Brewers Guild of New Zealand, as well as the details of a Nominator and Seconder, both of whom need to be from organisations that are paid up members of the Guild.
